    Western Melbourne Child FIRST (Child and Family Information, Referral and Support Team) can provide information on other services in the local community and is the central intake for Family Services. Child FIRST is a program run by the Department of Health and Human Services which ensures that vulnerable children, young people and their families are linked effectively into relevant services and may be the best way of connecting children, young people and their families to the services they need.
