About this service

Together with Melbourne City Mission, this program supports young families from pregnancy through early years. This service is for people who:
• are aged 25 years or under and are between 20 weeks pregnant to full-term (approximate) or have an infant up to 6 weeks of age
• are living in Western Melbourne
• need pregnancy and parenting support and/or health and wellbeing support
• want to work voluntarily with us
