    Integra is an independent, locally based, registered provider of Plan Management services for the NDIS. We provide Plan Management to thousands of NDIS Participants and Nominees, and have established ourselves as a trusted source of support and advice available nationally, helping families to understand and use their NDIS plans, preventing NDIS overspends and promoting plan utilisation. We are family friendly and are open 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. Our staff are experts in Plan and Finance Management and have an extensive understanding of NDIS supports and the NDIS Price Guide.

        Integra provides Plan Management support to NDIS Participants and Nominees of any age, to assist them to manage their NDIS finances, and provide greater flexibility in their choice of providers. Integra Plan Management is available nationwide.

      • Eligibility criteria

        All NDIS Participants and Nominees are able to choose Plan Management as a support to help them understand and manage the financial aspects of their NDIS plan.

        Plan Management is ideal for Participants and Nominees who:
        • May need to use a combination of registered and unregistered providers due to their individual needs and/or provider availability.
        • Need or want to use smaller, local providers such as cleaners or gardeners (useful for those in regional and remote areas).
        • Are time poor and don’t have time for the administration, but want more choice and control (e.g. participants, families and carers struggling to self-manage effectively).
        • Want access to their NDIS information in real time through their own personal portal or who are not tech savvy and who need access to paper statements and telephone support services.
        • Cannot afford to be out of pocket for a period of time (as opposed to self management option).
        • Need assistance with the paperwork, and to keep their information in one place.
        • Would like to build their own fund management understanding and capacity over time.
