NOSH (Nutrition Outreach Support and Health)

  1. About this service

The Nutrition Outreach Support and Health program visits locations throughout the Wyndham municipality providing material aid, advice, support, and referral pathways to young people aged 12 and 25. The purpose of NOSH is to provide mobile outreach with individualized and targeted strategies to assist young people who may be experiencing social barriers.

Our NOSH van, staff and volunteers visit multiple locations throughout Wyndham each week including community centers, school groups, skate parks, the Youth Resource Centre and public spaces.
