About this service
Tweddle is an early intervention and prevention parenting service with a priority on providing assistance to families facing multiple challenges and in urgent need of support and where there is distress and disruption in the child-parent relationship. As a result of our work parents acquire parenting skills and confidence, enhanced attachment, improved health outcomes and better connections with community. Tweddle provide:
- Parenting Programs (Day Stay & Residential)
- MyTime - Peer support for parents and carers of children 0-18 with additional needs
- Childbirth Education
- In Home Parenting Service & telephone consultation

Who can refer
Any health professional can refer to our Residential and Day Stay programs. Families can self refer to our In Home Service.

Referral mode
A referral is available on the Tweddle website and can be filled out online, or printed out and faxed/mailed.

Point of intake
Reception will book at intake call with the family. The intake call takes approximately 30 minutes.

We have Child FIRST priority beds available. This needs to be discussed with our intake team.
