About this service
IPC Health is one of the largest providers of community health service in Victoria, operating from six sites in Melbourne’s West. As a local not for profit organisation, we are committed to working with the rapidly growing areas of Melbourne’s middle and outer West.
We provide a diverse range of services for all age groups including medical (GPs, nurses, paediatric, youth and women’s health, diabetes education), dental, allied health (podiatry, occupational therapy, speech pathology, physiotherapy, dietetics, cardiac rehabilitation), psychosocial services such as social work and counselling (general, Gambler’s Help, Alcohol and Other Drugs), and Aged Care services including Home Care Packages.
We also work with our communities to address and strengthen major contributors to wellbeing and quality of living in the areas of family violence, child and family services, activity groups, health promotion, and community strengthening.
Please note that not all services are available at each campus. Check our website for more information or call your local campus www.ipchealth.com.au
