O'Connell Family Centre

Mercy Health O’Connell Family Centre is focused on the needs of vulnerable families and young children. The residential, day and community programs provide child-focused parenting skills to promote safe child development. The centre is increasing its support for vulnerable families including families with mental health issues.

Services are directed towards families who are experiencing complex issues and who require increased support in addition to the support provided by the professionals in the local community.                               

Families are referred to Mercy Health O'Connell Family Centre by health professionals and community providers. Services are provided by a team of professionals. Each family has an initial intake assessment and is then offered the most appropriate program to meet their needs.
