Healthy and Active in Wyndham

To support your child’s health and wellbeing, it is important to encourage your child/children to participate in active play. Parents are great role models, and your participation in being active and playing with your children is a great way to help them be active and healthy.

Note: consult with your doctor or midwife before starting any postnatal exercise program.

Below are some great ways for both young children and parents to get more active.
