Healthy and Active in Wyndham
To support your child’s health and wellbeing, it is important to encourage your child/children to participate in active play. Parents are great role models, and your participation in being active and playing with your children is a great way to help them be active and healthy.

The Active Wyndham Calendar gives you, your family and friends access to upcoming free and low-cost physical activity sessions in your local area.
Sessions include a variety of sport, fitness and wellbeing activities delivered by local Wyndham providers and organisations. Sessions are tailored for most experience and fitness levels and are beginner friendly.Some sessions are age appropriate, with full details included in the description.
