About this service

Helping families better negotiate the transitions and challenges of family life that can impact on mental health and wellbeing.  It includes:

Family Mental Health Support Service (FMHSS) – no cost service with a focus on children and young people who are at risk of, or experiencing mental ill-health symptoms through a whole of family approach. Our service is child centred but family focussed.

Kidztalk – no cost mental health service for children (0-11years) who are at risk of developing or are experiencing mild to moderate emotional or behavioural difficulties.

Hands on Parenting Education (HOPE) – practical parenting support for families with children 0-5 years
