Uniting in Wyndham offer the following services:

Emergency Relief

Food parcels and food vouchers (and other material aid)

This is available to low (or no income) residents of Wyndham. 

Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 2:00pm

Young Persons Supported Playgroup

The Young Parents Supported Playgroup is open to parents up to the age of 25 years, living in Wyndham. The group provides a supported and safe environment where information and advice can be shared. The group often has guest speakers to discuss topics of interest. Transport to and from the group is also available if required.

Reconnect West

Reconnect West is a youth homelessness early intervention program that assists young people between the ages 12-18 years who are having difficulty staying at home, or who have recently left home.

Reconnect West is a voluntary, confidential and free service offered to young people, their parents and families in the Cities of Wyndham and Hobsons Bay.

Western Foster Care

Western Foster Care is an Out-of-Home Care Program for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years who, for a range of reasons, are unable to live with their families. Foster Care is the temporary care of children and young people and is provided within people’s own homes.

Housing Programs

Uniting Wyndham offers housing support and case management to people who reside or have connections to the City of Wyndham

Access to housing services are by referral only from Unison Housing (housing access point). Werribee or Seddon.
