Healthy and Active in Wyndham
To support your child’s health and wellbeing, it is important to encourage your child/children to participate in active play. Parents are great role models, and your participation in being active and playing with your children is a great way to help them be active and healthy.

Below are some great ways for both young children and parents to get more active.
‘Swing Fit’ Program at Saltwater Reserve in Point Cook - The aim of this project is to get more people active and engaged within
their local community. Parents with children are welcome to participate.
